CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Volunteers. Fall volunteers needed for both services: Nursery, 2's class, Preschool teachers and assistants, Elementary age teachers and assistants, Registration.  Also need people to do music with the kids on a rotating basis in various age groups. Email Gay Hudec at gay@compasschurch.info.

F.L.I.T. (Future Leader In Training) Program. Jr. High and High School students who enjoy caring for young children.  Students needed to assist adult volunteers in various Children's Ministry areas.  Training coming up soon.  E-mail Gay Hudec at gay@compasschurch.info for more information or to sign-up.

ADMINISTRATIVE
Receptionist. Answer church office phones when not covered by our Administrative Assistant. Number of hours can be as few as 2 hours per day. Email office@compasschurch.info.

IT Support . Looking for several knowledge people to assist with IT needs, including network mgmt.  Email Robin at office@compasschurch.info.

BUILDING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Tree/Bush Trimmers .  No experience necessary. No tools necessary. Will train. Time commitment: approximately 6 hours per month if we have 4 volunteers. More hands will require less time per person. Please contact Amy Lennon at 3in1trinity@cox.net or 623-535-8716 for details and sign up.

Sprinkler Maintenance .  Must have good mechanical skills.  Knowledge of sprinkler repair necessary.  Time commitment: as needed basis although monthly inspection of the entire system would be desirable. Grass Mowers.  2-3 people to rotate cutting church grass on weekly basis. Time commitment: approximately 2 ½ hours per week. SUNDAY MORNING ACTIVITIES
Greeters.. Be responsible to give a friendly smile and warm handshake to everyone coming to Sunday services. Greeters required 30 minutes prior to first and second services on Sunday mornings staying on duty until 10 minutes into each service. Contact Marjorie Johnson at mjohnsonaz@cox.net or 623.980.9824.

Usher Team Lead. This person will recruit, oversee and schedule the ushers for all Sunday services. They will also work with Pastor Jack regarding training opportunities for our ushers. Several hours per week may be required, especially at the beginning as some new recruiting needs to be done. Ability to utilize our planning center software (very user friendly) will be required. Usher Captains . These persons will be responsible to oversee the usher teams and serve as an usher for specific services each month. The more Captains we have the better for everyone. Captains responsible to oversee and participate in handing out bulletins, seating people, monitor the heating/cooling of the auditorium, receive the morning offering and secure it, distribute communion elements, etc.  Time required: Actual service the Captain is assigned to plus arriving 30 minutes prior to the start of their service. Ushers. Serving as an usher for designated services. Duties include serving the people attending services by handing out bulletins, seating people, monitor heating/cooling of the auditorium, receive/secure morning offering, distribute communion elements, etc.  Time required: Actual service time plus arriving 30 minutes prior to their service. Security Team . Participate in monitoring the security of the church campus during the Sunday morning activities. Training is provided. Time required is service time plus before first service and securing the buildings after second service. Email Scott at koehrer@cox.net.

Welcome Team. Additional team members needed to serve at the Welcome Center table in the courtyard on Sunday mornings. Contact Tricia Varela at rvarela5@cox.net if you are interested.

WORSHIP ARTS
Audio/Visual Operators. Be responsible to operate the sound, lights and/or projection equipment during Sunday services. Attendance at Thursday evening rehearsals required as well as being on duty from 7:15 AM on Sundays until conclusion of the second service. Training provided. Email office@compasschurch.info.

Instrumentalists.  Ability to play an instrument in Sunday services, with an immediate need for a drummer. Attendance at Thursday rehearsals required. Auditions required. Email Stephanie Lawrence at worship@compasschurch.info.
