Jack joined our team in early 2008. He is married to his high school sweetheart Sally, and is the proud father of two daughters, Jenellie and Lindsay, a son-in-law Everett, and he is an extremely proud grand dad to grandson Owen!

STUDENT AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES PASTOR,
MIKE SZORADI
Mike has been on staff serving as the Student Pastor since July 2009. His heart is for the church, and more specifically for Students. Along with working with teens for the past 9 years and LOVING every second of it, he also has a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministries with a Minor in Youth Ministry from Southwestern College. He has been married to his wife Ginger for six years, but he has been serving in youth ministry alongside her for the past 9 years. Ginger and Mike are both are parents to two very fun and crazy kids Lexi and Isaac.

Gay has been the Director of Compass Kids for over 7 years. She has been married for 15 years to her wonderful husband Nick.

Laura and her family have been attending Compass Church since July of 2007, becoming active members in February 2008. She has a remarkable family; husband David, married for close to eight years now, and two amazing children; Chelsea and Jacob.

Susan and her family have been attending Compass since 2006, and she joined the staff in 2009. Married since 1985, she and her husband, Scott, have two children, Alicia and Adam, who continually delight and amaze them.

Robin has been a part of the Compass Staff since 2007 and she and her family have been attending since 2005. She is married to her fantastic husband, Robert, and has two amazing girls: Summer and Autumn.

WORSHIP LEADER, STEPHANIE LAWRENCE
Stephanie has been a member of Compass church since 2003 and joined the administrative team as Worship Leader in 2006. Stephanie has a Bachelors degree in Music from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix. Married to Larry for 19 years, they are proud parents of Noah, Brooke, Seth, and Jessica and grandparents to Isaiah, Jasmine, and Noah Jr.
